  • The Alabama State Bar announced that Brannon Buck will serve as its 148th President beginning in July
    2023. Brannon will spend one-year as the Bar’s President-Elect before assuming the presidency.
  • In July 2023, Christopher Driver will become President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Alabama State Bar.
  • April 2023: Brannon Buck was awarded “Best in the Bar” Award by the Birmingham Business Journal.

  • Brannon Buck, Brett Ialacci, and Sam David Knight have all been recognized, along with Christopher Driver and
    Lance Goodson as “Rising Stars,” by Super Lawyers in the Mid-South edition for 2023 for their
    experience and reputation in the Business Litigation practice area.
  • In March 2022, Sam David Knight and Christopher Driver won a $2 Million jury verdict for their client, Technical
    Consulting Solutions, LLC (TCS), after a two-week jury trial in federal court in Huntsville. TCS, a missile
    defense contractor, was locked in a dispute over the ownership of several contracts with another defense
    contractor. In addition to recovering $2 Million for TCS, Knight and Driver successfully defended significant
    counterclaims brought by the other party.
