About the Firm

Before founding Badham & Buck, partners Walker “Percy” Badham III and Brannon J. Buck were shareholders of a large Birmingham law firm. They formed Badham & Buck, LLC in January, 2008 in order to build a firm that identifies, not exclusively as a plaintiff or defense firm, but, instead, as a dynamic litigation trial team singularly focused on winning complex and challenging cases. Percy and Brannon grew the firm – adding attorneys who are who all committed to the same goals.

All of the firm’s partners have been recognized as “Super Lawyers” in the State of Alabama by Super Lawyers Magazine. Percy and Brannon have each been named to the list of the “Top 10” lawyers in the state, and Sam David has been named to the “Top 50.” In 2015, Super Lawyers named Badham & Buck the “Top Law Firm” in Alabama for Business Litigation in the small firm category. The firm is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. This rating is the highest possible for legal ability and ethics. It is are also consistently recognized in Best Lawyers and other legal rating publications. All attorneys at the firm are cum laude graduates of the University of Alabama School of Law.

Community Involvement

We are actively involved in the community, donating substantial time and resources to numerous state and local non-profit organizations, including Leadership Birmingham, the Downtown Kiwanis Club, the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation, the Alabama Appleseed Center for Law and Justice, and many others. We embrace technology and stay apprised of how technological progress affects the litigation process. We remain compliant and well-versed in the latest electronic discovery requirements of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as well as the specific mandates of the states in which we practice. We utilize state-of-the-art trial presentation software to make the most convincing case for our clients.
