Brannon J. Buck

Before founding Badham & Buck in December 2007, Brannon Buck was a partner at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. Mr. Buck's civil litigation practice includes complex commercial disputes, class actions, trade secrets and intellectual property, telecommunications, qui tam and False Claims Act cases, and derivative actions.

Mr. Buck has held leadership positions in professional organizations at the national, state and local levels. He is a graduate of Leadership Birmingham, the Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum and the ABA-TIPS National Trial Academy.

Mr. Buck has been elected three times by the members of Alabama's 10th Judicial Circuit to serve as a member of the Board of Bar Commissioners. Mr. Buck is also a past member of the Alabama State Bar Executive Committee. Mr. Buck has served as the Chairman of the non-profit Alabama Appleseed Center for Law and Justice. He previously served as a member of the Staff Parish Committee at Canterbury United Methodist Church and a Trustee of the University of Alabama Farrah Law Alumni Society.

Mr. Buck is routinely recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as one of the “Top Ten” and “Top Fifty” lawyers in Alabama. Mr. Buck has also been named by Best Lawyers as one of Alabama’s top attorneys for “Bet-the-Company Litigation.” In 2011 he was a recipient of the "Top 40 Under 40" award from the Birmingham Business Journal.
