The experience to fight for what's right

The litigation and trial attorneys of Badham & Buck are committed to protecting and promoting the rights of businesses, individuals and groups across a gamut of practice areas, including general business litigation, business torts, catastrophic personal injury, class action suits, appellate cases and more.

Badham & Buck provides fair yet aggressive representation of both plaintiffs and defendants involved in complex civil cases. With more than 90 years of collective experience in state and appellate courts in Alabama and throughout the southeast, all the way up to the United States Supreme Court, Badham & Buck has prosecuted and defended litigants mired in often-complex business litigation, the aftermath of personal injury, and the sometimes staggering stress of attaining justice with the same experience, acumen and resources as a large law conglomerate, but with the personalization, dedication and affordability of a smaller firm.
