Making Headlines

In August 2011, after a 2.5 week trial, Badham & Buck, along with co-counsel Moore & Trousdale, obtained an $8.6 million jury verdict in Madison County, Alabama on behalf of Liveonthenet.com, Inc., a Huntsville-based online company. The case involved claims for theft of trade secrets and fraudulent concealment against Digium, Inc. arising from a software development project.

Before founding Badham & Buck, partners Walker "Percy" Badham III and Brannon J. Buck were shareholders of Maynard, Cooper & Gale, PC, a Birmingham, AL law firm. Brett A. Ialacci joined the firm in 2008. Richard Dorman joined in January of 2011.
